公司前身山東歐錦玻璃鋼有限公司成立于2015年10月14日，民營企業。位于山東省德州市武城縣經濟開發區，占地面積40000平方米。2018年12月與中國兵器集團合作更名為山東北方歐錦新材料科技有限公司。

It is located in Wucheng County Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 40,000 square meters. In December 2018, it cooperated with NORINCO GROUP and changed its name to Shandong North Ocean New Material Technology Co., LTD.
公司目前擁有四大系列產品：GRE、RTP、HDPE、GRP，業務范圍涉及：海洋工程及船舶管道、油田陸用高壓管道、化工及LNG行業用大口徑管道、市政飲水及排污用聚酯玻璃鋼管道?？蛻舯榧爸泻Ｓ?、中石油、中石化、澳大利亞、阿爾及利亞、伊朗、伊拉克、葡萄牙、巴基斯坦、哈薩克斯坦等國內外市場。

Customers throughout the Cnooc, Petrochina, Sinopec, Australia, Algeria, Iran, Iraq, Portugal, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and other domestic and foreign markets.
公司核心團隊從事GRE（玻璃纖維增強環氧管道）研發、生產、銷售、安裝二十余年，獲得了同行及客戶的高度認可。去年公司與中國兵器集團強強聯合，保持RTP國內優勢同時，回歸GRE管道項目。目前公司獲得了特種設備生產許可證，并已同時向美國石油協會（API15HR 、API15LR）、美國船級社（ABS）、德國船級社（DNV-GL）、法國船級社（BV）、韓國船級社（KR）、中國船級社（CCS）及意大利船級社（RINA）提出申請進行工廠認證與產品型式認證，預計7月中旬即可獲得相關資質和船級社證書。
