上海善如水保鮮科技有限公司是上海莘閔高新技術暨回國留學生科技創業園區的高新技術企業。擁有國內外業內著名技術專家團隊，其中包括美國科學家Stanley P. Burg 博士（生鮮園藝產品采后生理學家，于1966-1967發明減壓貯藏技術并獲得美國專利，執著研究至今）。擁有中國制冷學會、國內貿易工程設計研究院、浙江省農業科學院、上海市農業科學院、北京市農林科學院、上海理工大學、上海海洋大學、哈爾濱商業大學、集美大學等專家、學者為技術顧問。公司是“冷鏈物流產業促進聯盟” 會員單位之一。公司致力于為生鮮農產品的保鮮與加工,食品安全保藏（保質）以及現代冷鏈物流的裝備與技術提供整套服務。

It has the famous technology specialist team including to an America scientist Dr. Stanley P. Burg who is a postharvest physiologist and  invented and patented hypobaric storage in the US in 1966-1967 as well as works on, and the China senior specialists as consultants from Chinese Association of Refrigeration, Internal Trade Engineering Design and Research Institute P. R. China, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Science, Shanghai University of  Science and Technology, Shanghai Ocean University, Harbin University of Commerce, Jimei University, and so on. The company is one of the members on Cold-chain Logistics Hastening alliance, and devotes to the complete set of equipment & technology preservation fresh and processing in fresh farm produce, preservation in food safety as well as modern cold chain logistics.
