上海匯舸船舶廢氣洗滌系統實船測試成功
2019年1月20日，上海匯舸環�？萍加邢薰荆ㄒ韵潞喎Q上海匯舸）為新加坡Eastern Pacific Shipping（以下簡稱EPS）公司建造的首臺套船舶廢氣洗滌系統實船測試成功，各項數據指標完全滿足國際海事組織海洋環境保護委員會第68次會議259次決議的法案要求。
首試成功的船舶廢氣洗滌系統是上海匯舸在全資引進澳大利亞著名水處理公司CONTIOCEAN成熟脫硫技術的基礎上，自主開發、自行研制的COUS/COIS/COBOS多機集氣式廢氣洗滌系統之一的COUS系統，COUS/COIS/COBOS多機集氣式廢氣洗滌系統均已經獲得挪威-德國船級社、英國勞氏船級社、美國船級社、法國船級社的認證。
據悉，這是上海匯舸為EPS船東建造的16臺套船舶廢氣洗滌系統中的第一臺套，也是上海匯舸船舶廢氣洗滌系統的第一次試航，首次試航即取得成功，充分說明上海匯舸在脫硫技術、產品建造、系統調試、運營管理等方面的強大實力。
此次試航成功距離2020年1月1日——國際海事組織強制執行船舶尾氣硫含量控制指標時間——之前尚有近一年的時間，作為國內首家完成該類型船舶廢氣洗滌系統實船測試的企業，標志著上海匯舸在國內船舶尾氣洗滌系統行業繼續保持領先的態勢，也標志著中國在船舶廢氣洗滌系統的技術水平進入國際先進行列。上海匯舸將繼續為國內外客戶提供最經濟可靠、最成熟穩定的產品和服務。
此次試航船舶信息：船名：Mount Faber，船型：180K 好望角型散貨船，船籍：利比里亞，船級社：NK。
The first sets of Exhaust Gas CleaningSystem on actual ship of ContiOcean Environmental Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafterreferred to as ContiOcean) is designed and manufactured for Eastern PacificShipping, Singapore (hereinafter referred to as EPS) is successfully carriedout on 20 January, 2019, all the data recording fully meet IMO MEPC 259 (68)regulation.
This successful scrubber system is COUS.ContiOcean Environment Tech Co., Ltd. wholly owned and imported maturedesulfurization technology from the famous Australian Water Treatment CompanyCONTIOCEAN and self-developed into COUS/COIS/COBOS Multi-streams ScrubberSystem, which have been Class Approved by DNV-GL, Lloyd's, ABS, BV.
It is reported, this is the first sea trialalso the first set of 16 Marine Exhaust Scrubbing Systems that ContiOceanbuilding for ship owner EPS. Succeeded the first time, showing powerfulstrength of ContiOcean in desulfurization technology, product construction,system commissioning, operation management and other aspects.
This success trial from January 1, 2020,the IMO sulfur content control index time - has nearly a year before theenforcement. As the first domestic enterprise to complete the practical shiptest of this type of EGCS, it marks that ContiOcean continues to maintain aleading position in domestic ship exhaust gas cleaning system industry, andalso marks that China has entered the international advanced ranks in thetechnical level of EGCS. ContiOcean will continue provide the most reliable,mature and stable products and services for customers both domestic andoverseas.
