上海匯舸與無錫藍天強強聯合簽訂戰略合作協議
2019年8月22日，上海匯舸環�？萍加邢薰九c無錫藍天電子有限公司在上海匯舸集團總部會議室舉行簽約儀式，正式建立全面戰略合作伙伴關系。上海匯舸首席運營官周洋和無錫藍天總經理王林興分別代表雙方在戰略合作協議上簽字。
上海匯舸環�？萍加邢薰境闪⒂�2017年，是一家專業從事海洋環境保護裝備研發、生產及銷售的環保型高新企業。匯舸環保自主研發的COUS/COIS/COBOS多機集氣式廢氣洗滌系統已經獲得NK船級社、DNV-GL船級社、英國勞氏船級社、美國船級社、法國船級社、中國船級社等世界主要船級社的認證，是國際上獲得船級社證書最多的EGCS企業之一，目前公司已成功交付EGCS系統二十多套。
無錫藍天電子有限公司成立于1995年，是國家級高新技術企業，是一家從事壓載水處理系統、船用和陸用火災自動報警系統、船用黑匣子（VDR）等產品研發、制造、技術服務于一體的專業化公司。公司主導產品分別通過中國CCCF、中國船級社CCS、韓國船級社KR、國際海事組織IMO、俄羅斯GOST、歐洲CE等國內、國際權威機構的認證。
通過戰略合作協議的簽訂，雙方將進一步開展多層次互動，并以船舶煙氣脫硫和壓載水系統開發為契機，從船東資源、技術資源、信息資源、項目資源四個方面展開充分合作。此次簽訂戰略合作協議將作為起點，見證雙方強強聯合，依托雙方優勢，不斷深化合作領域，擴大合作范圍，實現資源共享合作共贏，為客戶提供更好的服務。
The signing ceremony between ShanghaiContiOcean Environment Tech Co.,Ltd and Wuxi Brightsky ElectronicCo.,Ltd was held in ContiOcean headquarter on Aug 22nd 2019,which marks the establishment of comprehensive strategic cooperativepartnership. As representatives from both sides, Jacky Zhou, the COO ofContiOcean, and Mr. Wang Lin Xing, the general manager of Brightsky, signed on thestrategy cooperation agreement.
Shanghai ContiOcean Environment Tech Co.,Ltd was founded in 2017 and has developed into an environmental high-tech corporationthat focus on the development, production and marketing of marine environmentprotection equipment. ContiOcean’s self-developed COUS/COIS/COBOS multi-streamhybrid scrubber system has obtained certifications from multiple classificationsocieties such as NK, DNV-GL, LR, ABS, BV and CCS, which makes ContiOcean oneof the EGCS companies with the most class society certificates. Up to now,ContiOcean has successfully delivered dozens of EGCS systems to customers.
Wuxi Brightsky Electronic Co.,Ltd wasfounded in 1995 as a national high-tech corporation and has become aprofessional enterprise engaging in the product development, production andtechnology services of BWTS, fire alarm system for marine and land use, marineVDR and other products. Brightsky’s leading products have all been certified bydomestic and international authority organizations such as CCCF, CCS, KR, IMO,GOST and CE.
With the signing of strategic cooperationagreement, both sides will integrate resources in shipowner, technology,information and projects to conduct further multi-level cooperation in vesselfuel desulfurization system and BWTS. The strategic cooperation will lead towin-win situation for ContiOcean and Brightsky, and both sides will combine theadvantages together to expand and deepen the cooperation and continuouslyprovide high-quality services to our customers.
